From ideas to working software.
The working toolkit

Different tools. Connected thinking.

From a first interface to the services behind it. These are the tools I build and experiment with.

Always room to learn one more.

Built to connect.

Interfaces, data, and the systems in between. A closer look at the problems I’m working on.

How I approach a build

Make the next step useful.

Start small. Connect it properly. Keep improving.

Start with the people, the context, and what needs to work. A useful question comes before a stack decision.

A clear problem and its constraints
The AI workbench

A model is only the beginning.

I’m exploring what makes AI useful in a product: context, clear interfaces, and answers people can inspect.

The interface matters as much as the answer.

How does SpectraLeaf connect its web, mobile, and backend systems?

Scripted examples to explore the interface. No AI model is connected.

What I do

From the first sketchto a working system.

Tell me what needs to work. I’ll help connect the interface, the code, and the systems behind it.

A rough sketch is a good place to begin.

What I can help with

The parts change. The thinking connects them.

01

Interfaces and the application logic behind them, built to work together.

02

Thoughtful experiences that fit in your hand, with React Native and Expo.

03

The data, services, and connections that keep a product moving.

04

Exploring how models can become useful parts of everyday software.

05

Connecting applications to cloud services and getting them online.

A reminder to myself.

Good systems begin
with good questions.

Understand first. Build with intent. Keep learning.

A little about me

Curiosity is where
I start. Building is
how I learn.

I build across web, mobile, and backend with TypeScript and JavaScript. I learn by building: following an idea through the parts you see and the systems you don't. I'm part of the SpectraLeaf team at the University of Peradeniya.
